Computational Imaging and Inversion
Contact: Rob Remis
In a wide variety of applications, fields and waves are used to image the interior of some domain, object, or body part of interest. Typically, such imaging problems are ill-posed and often nonlinear as well. In this research theme, we develop effective application-driven imaging and inversion methodologies and algorithms that address these very challenging inversion problems with a focus on magnetic resonance imaging, optics, and geophysical prospecting.
