Planar near field scanner

The EmC XG Labs has a CNC machine with motorized translational stages in x, y and z directions used to measure the near field radiation pattern of antennas up to 500 GHz. RF absorbers can be mounted and custom setups can be built, providing all the flexibility required to characterize any given antenna.

Dielectric over the air characterization

Dielectric characterization setup fully customized to determine the complex dielectric permittivity of different materials. Two directive antennas, pointing one at each other, where the dielectric material is placed in between them, covering an approximately frequency range between 140 and 220 GHz.
