The EmC XG labs has five fully equipped RF Probe Stations (automatic, semi-automatic and manual) that combined with our Vector Network Analyzers, are capable of carrying out measurements up to 67 GHz.
Millimeter-wave and THz probe stations
The EmC XG labs has the possibility of extending the measurement range of the microwave probe stations up to 500 GHz using frequency multipliers.
Millimeter-wave load pull system
The millimeter wave load-pull system allows performing a frequency scalable fundamental active Load-Pull across all the waveguide frequency extenders. Besides the standard load-pull measurement, it can perform high-speed large-signal measurements and power-controlled S-parameters.
