Power Management ICs for Energy Harvesters (Plantenna 4 TU project)
- Energy harvester powered IoT sensor nodes are in high demand for smart agriculture, environmental sensing and etc. To acquire maximum energy from an energy harvester, a power management IC with high efficiency and fast maximum power point tracking (MPPT) is required. This project will be based on an existing IC in 180 nm CMOS technology and feature fast MPPT algorithm.
